Nceba Mavatha is rude

After receiving an sms from this logistics company, I took a day off as I was waiting for my SHEIN parcel, a gentleman by the name of Nceba Mavatha decided to call me on Whatsapp to inform me that he is outside, unfortunately my data was off at the time, and I haven't received my parcel ever since.... He simply told me, " I was there, you didn't answer the whatsapp call when I called, so go to head office" I'm still waiting for my delivery till this day
