Buffalo International Logistics is the most unprofessional and *********** logistics organization. I urge all individuals and organizations to refrain from using their services. Their extremely poor services lead to very unhappy customers (as you can see from several reviews) who will, in the end, avoid ordering from any online store that uses Buffalo Logistics to handle the logistics of delivering or returning orders. As such, it will affect the success of a business that uses them. They do not have anyone to attend to customer calls and the phone number provided goes to an answering machine, which is always full. They also do not respond to customers via email to provide any form of support.
