My stucked parcels

Buffalo Couriers doesn't care about their customers..they don't pick up calls they don't reply to our emails...Last year they lost my parcel....now my two parcel is stucked with no improvement for 3 days they don't update or do anything..This courier doesn't care about it customers I don't know why shein and Temu continues to use this courier
