My payment for customs went off my bank account twice

My payment for customs went off my bank account twice. It’s been more than a month that I have been emailing them for a refund and have submitted all documentation as requested. I was told that refund takes 7-14 working days. I have received no acknowledgment from Buffalo with my queries.
