My Parcel is stuck with Buffalo International Logistics for 3 months now. Still Waiting

I made an order with SHEIN on the 6th of December 2022. My parcel was shipped to JHB South Africa on the 12th of December 2022. It was cleared at customs on the 14th of December 2022 and I paid my taxes on the 21st of December. Today is the 6th of March 2023 and I am still waiting for my parcel that is still stuck with Buffalo International logistics. I have been calling and being told about backlog. I had sent proof of payment many times via email, I was told about escalations made about my order but am still waiting. It has come to a point where I would even forget I bought clothes because I have been waiting for so long. There is also a WhatsApp number that they never respond to. The fact that it's still stuck with them gives me no choice but to wait. I got numerous messages telling me to pay my taxes to avoid my parcel being sent back. I would follow up with phone calls and send proof of payment and I was reassured that they won't return my parcel. Now the question is, did they lose it?
