My orders

It's 4days now waiting for my order. I keep getting updates that my order is out on delivery, but after few hours I'd get emails that my order failed due to insufficient address and contact details.. How, because the same address its the address that I keep getting my orders. Today the courier guy called but when I answer he dropped the call.
