My Order not delivered

I emailed buffalo about 4 times and they don’t reply I also called about 8 times but no reply because I’ve not received my because it said it’s the wrong but I used the same address when I order for them and I need my order because I’m going on a family vacation but know I won’t be able to get my order be back there customer service is horo
