My number is wrong and can't deliver after using this company for about 6 months.. When you call they blame it on network issues

The most unapologetically of a company I have received 2 sms in one week saying my number is incorrect, I called this call center this morning explaining my issue, I ask the lady to please read my number out and it was the correct one, than she comes with another excuse it's a network issue and the driver called me, I have used this company many times before no issue but now I will never recommend this company to anyone. Now I have to wait another week for my parcel to bel delivered. This is my order number BUFZA***YQ. They don't seem to care about customer service.
