100% Sure they are a ****. They made up a delivery address to use instead of the one that was provided, and despite changing it five times, it remains the same every time I phone to check. Management is worthless, doesn't return phonecalls and only starts work after 2PM according to the staff. I'll be laying a charge of theft against them on Monday.
