Most useless logistics company ever

Useless company, My parcel from Shein arrived in Cape town a week ago and it just sat in their warehouse, Then they said the parcel was on a vehicle that got hijacked but my parcel was never out for delivery so that is a lie, they just wanted sympathy to avoid complaints, they lost my parcel in their warehouse, don't use this company it's run by a bunch of clowns
