Most useless couries company in SA

This is the worst courier company ever. I have been waiting 3 weeks now (I still don't have my parcel) because the delivery guy can not get hold of me on my phone. He is to lazy to just go to my office and deliver it. And now they say I must pay for the second attempt to deliver. Do they think normal people are waiting on their phones, ignoring all other responsibilities, just so that the useless company can get hold of me to "make sure" I am at my office? It's simple - just deliver that parcel to the address I gave. This is the worst courier company ever.
