Worse Courier service every. i sent a parcel to them on the 6th of Jan 25 in China. i have been trying to get it shipped to us in SA since then. today isnthe 19 Jan 25 . I get a response from Mia whom works at the chinese office on Whats app now and again but nothing get sent and she stops whats apping me for a week now. the last parcel i sent from China i asked for Air Freight. the Quoted me R14500 which i paud then they sent it by Sea which cost R4500. the owe us R9500 and wont refund us. This Parcel was sent in Oct 2024 so its been 3 months and no refund. I called the Jhb office and spoke to Sibusiso whom said he would ask his supervisor to email me to sort this all out but that was a week ago and no one has emailed me. i now have R10000 of goods stuck in china and they owe me R9500.
