Most problematic logistics company

The worst company delivery service with even worst communication skills. Always an excuse when there is a problem. Not helpful to get issues resolved. Excuses after excuses. Staff cannot get anything resolved. Not sure why there is even a customer support sercive if they cannot get anything done.
