MOST PATHETIC COMPANY, BUFFALO LOGISTICS

Most pathetic company I have come across, My parcel is sitting with them for the last two months and every time I call or email, they all have the same answer, it has been escalated to the accounts department. The company does not have any higher authority besides the *********** people that answer the phones. No Supervisors.No managers. Its really sad that large *********** companies get work to do but hardworking small companies that are prepared to go the extra mile for customers are leftout
