MOST APPALLING SERVICE.. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT AT BUFFALO EX

If I could choose zero I would have. It's been more than 2 weeks waiting on a courier to come and collect the items I need to return, I was told I would receive a call in 7 to 14 business days. No one called so i called Buffalo and was told that someone tried calling me, which is not true because if you miss their call they will send a whatsapp or sms for you to call back. I have sent emails querying this but received pathetic responses like "according to our records your order was delivered" I guess they are not even reading the context of my email. I need these items collected asap and for Shein to refund my money so I can finally delete the app.
