Missing Parcel with No Assistance

My order is just nowhere to be found. It has now been more than a month ago since my order has been shipped (4 Jan). It was quicker to get the item in SA than it has taken to get it to me from their warehouse. This is unacceptable - there is no way for me to track where my parcel is on their website because the last known activity was on 16 Jan. My only response has been to be patient and not to send more than one email - but I am not receiving any help or updates unless I do so. I payed almost R500 in total for an item that is just missing and not arriving when it has been promised including a delivery fee from Buffalo. The business and customer quality is poor beyond belief!
