Missing Parcel and no feedback

I ordered from Temu on the 16th of March 2024. Not only did it take long for them to deliver my parcel but it was delivered to the wrong address from Buffalo - Dpd laser. Dpd laser delivered my parcel to the wrong address somewhere in Sefako Makgatho Drive and I used my Orchards address. Someone received my parcel pretending to be me. The delivery person did not even call to tell me that they will be delivering my parcel. I only realized this morning when tracking that the parcel was delivered. I called Buffalo and Dpd laser this morning and they promised to give feedback in an hour or two, until now I have not heard a thing from them. I will never order from Temu ever again. What a horrible experience
