Missing Parcel
HORRIBLE!! I ordered from Shein end of October and received an email from Buffalo the 2nd of November that my package has arrived at the Buffalo warehouse and that customs is due. I immediately paid customs and received an email confirming that they have received by payment and my package will dispatch soon.
After this I received no communication and the tracking went missing they have not updated it since the 2nd of November.
I have emailed them numerous times getting no response, the number cuts off immediately and the WhatsApp number is absolutely useless.
I have no idea where my parcel is and this is about R3000 worth of items.

05 Nov 2021, 11:07I finally got through to someone at the call center she was very helpful. She confirmed that my customs payment was received but my parcel is still in China's customs. This might be the hold up on some of the other complaints I see here. Keep calling the center and have you order number ready.
