Missing package. No assistance

We have placed a order at Shein. Buffalo logistics delivered package at the wrong coordinates. (Adress). We have emailed phoned with no joy. R1500 later. The first agent told me they will investigate and it would take 8 hours. The second agent told me that pelo was wrong it would take 48 hours. 3 agent put the phone down and expect me to rate her without talking to me. 4 the Agent won't help me because my daughter's has no signal and can't phone. So I can lie and say I'm she but because I was honest, she does not want to help me. Our package is still missing.
