Missing Package

I'm utterly disappointed we placed an order on shein on the 26 of May only for them to tel us the parcel is lost since the 3rd of May and when you track it it shows parcel lost on 6 of j uh ne, what the hell is going on I want my money back ASAP because I placed the order well in advance because I needed it for the end off June and now nobody can give answers as to where the package is, I will never make use of this serrfice again, disgraceful sies, how do you take people's money but the package just goes missing something isn't right here I need answers I will report you on every social media platform I can u till I get my money or my package
