MISSING ITEMS / ****** ITEMS

I received short items on delivery for my Shein order and when i phoned them to query my delivery they're very rude. They were not willing to assist me and from how i was treated i believe they took 7 items from my parcel. i asked the person to escalate and refer me to her senior and they put down my call and when i phoned again i got cut off. I am hurt and very disappointed. i have never came across such unprofessional people like that and if Shein continue using them as their courier they will definately lose business.
