Missing items from Shein order, couriered by Buffalo

We placed an order with Shein 3 April, our Shein order number was GSHNL448A000096, value was a total of R1595. We were advised that the order would be couriered via Buffalo, their tracking number was: BUFZA***YQ We received the order on 18 April, hover the package we received had been opened and was sealed closed with brown buff tape.

We are missing 6 items from our order. Item’s missing: Brown-5ml Bottles X100 Bone-S Cutter White-S Cupcake Cups Gold-19.7cm/7.75inch Straws Chocolate Brown Skull Mould Black-IPhone 7/8 Screen Protector

Shein advised that the entire order was shipped.

As we have not received any feedback from Buffalo re the missing items, we are now raising this with Hello Peter, we want either the balance of the order delivered, or to receive a refund for the missing items.
