Missing delivery, several follow ups with no feedback.

Good morning, I need to share my horrible experience with Buffalo International Logistics, my order BUFZA6NM14066F1YQ from Shien GSHNPR18Y0009FQ was incorrectly delivered, I reported this immediately I received the message confirming that package was successfully delivered. It was on Monday 9 Dec however, I am still getting the feedback that say I have signed for my package of which I didn’t and neither anyone from my house. The moment I have requested for proof of delivery the WhatsApp agent left without saying goodbye and no POD was provided, I again asked if they can track the vehicle was at my house at the time the delivery was confirmed? But there is no feedback again, the call centre agent told me to call back after 48 business hours which is more than 5 business days. This are Christmas clothes and I need them very urgently it will be very helpful if Buffalo can investigate further and stop referring to confirmation from their driver. I am very worried because there is 2 more orders with them GSHNP918Y00NQ4W SHEIN BUFZA6HM13720M4YQ schedule delivery for today 11 Dec. GSHNPS18X00NVBU SHEIN, BUFZA6YM15829C2YQ received by their JHB warehouse since Monday 9 Dec however, no further communication the package stuck there. I am very disappointed in Buffalo. The 4 first orders were delivered by IMILE Logistics and they did a fantastic job, unlike Buffalo no long waiting for the package received already by JHB warehouse. Their courier service is reliable since they always provide with OTP before your delivery and then when the drivers get to your house you need to provide them with OTP.
