****MING DELIVERY MEN

I had a delivery scheduled today 11/02/2025 and the driver Alfred Mhlaba refused to drop my parcel off at my house insisting I meet him elsewhere. I told him I was at work, he then continued to tell me I need to make arrangements for someone to meet him to get my parcel. I then called him and he said it's Buffalo's new rules and regulations, I then told him I paid for delivery which means a parcel is to be delivered why do I need to go and meet him to pick it up. He then proceeded to sa I must meet him on Saturday?? Not even within working hours. I told him I cannot as I'm unavailable and how else must I get my parcel. He then said there's no other way. Later the evening I got an email saying my delivery failed due to ADDRESS NOT SUFFICIENT (after getting deliveries from Buffalo countless times) PHONE NUMBER INSUFFICIENT (after SPEAKING TO HIM ON THE PHONE) NO ONE HOME TO TAKE THE PARCEL (after I TOLD him over the phone there IS 3 people at home to take the delivery!) called the Buffalo help line and they confirmed he **** to me about everything he said and he was meant to deliver my parcel
