Messy order

They are the worst company, i hadn't gotten my package 📦 until today and I bought from shein and they just change their currier company to this ****ty one!! I had written an email, called and paid their fee as requested and I didn't get my package! The worst part is that it's a big package worth R3000! I don't know what to do anymore and i want my things.
