****mers with package delivery

I’m very disappointed with this company for the last two weeks I have been sending them emails about my parcel (which they never respond)they send me sms that I need to pay for my parcel ( which they claim they attempted to deliver and I wasn’t home - A LiE!) been calling and calling to dispute this but keep lying to me claiming the payment asked will be removed and my pa late will be delivered. But till today I’m still getting their automated robot calling me asking I pay for My package so can be delivered.

Worse also last when I called one of the agents just placed me on hold while was explaining my fustration WORST SERVIVE AND WORSE CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!!!
