Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm hereby to complain about the above-mention company , I bought parcel from Shein and on the status it was stated that my delivery is out for delivery and to my suprise they send a message about an abnormal adress which is a lie. The used adress its not the first time using it, I always use it for my Sheind delivery. Why are the lying now and not deliver our parcel after paying tax money.
