****mers or incompetend

As a exporter I have worked with logistics companies for 25 years, I have never experienced such *********** neanderthals before.

There is no customer service. The drivers collect in rusted old cars. Its not a company, its a bunch of ****s pretending to be a company. They collected a parcel that was a return parcel for TEMU and a month later still no answer of where the parcel is. They are either ****mers and ******* or they are literally the most *********** buffoons on planet earth.

They also do not identify themselves in email as to remain anonymous.

Bottom line, no customer service. Poorest delivery on the planet and parcels go missing. TEMU needs to end this contract with them!!
