My order from Shein tracking number BUFZA8CA09641VLYQ was scheduled to be delivered yesterday, they never delivered nor communicated. When I track my package, they have stated that the reason for not delivered was because I was unavailable, which is false because they never called me.

Today I followed up by email they reply by my order was scheduled for today, I waited the entire day and haven't heard anything from them. Then around 6 PM they marked that my package was received by client, again in the tracking website it doesn't show who signed for the order or the photo yet they say client received it. This is a *****ed company, full of ****s and very unprofessional.. if you order at SheIn and you allocated this company as your logistic request for another company because they will ***** your package and claim you got it
