Management needs to know about the lies and bad service!

ATT MANAGEMENT!!! I received a message stating that there was no one home to deliver my parcel and it has gone back to the warehouse. Clrealy that is the easy way out as I have a live in helper ALWAYS at home and our 24hour security confrimed no one arrived for delivery! So someone didn't do their job and ****! I then called and had to wait over an hour to speak to someone to be told that I have to wait another 72 BUSINESS hours for another courier company to deliver my goods as they are very busy. I asked for a reference no for the new courier company and could not be given any just the name Judy of the lady that I was speaking too. Did she honestly want me to believe that too as I had not received any notification of the change of courier and the tracking system doesn't show that! I asked to speak to a manager and was told there is no manager and the phone was put down! Is this called service? You should not be in business as a courier company as many people like myself have paid for service and delivery which hasn't been the case. Could someone from management take this seriously and for something to be done about it. Could you please contact me as these are Christmas presents that were ordered last month!!!! I'm very 😠 😡
