Mad as hell for Buffalo International Logistics

I placed an order with Shein in November and Buffalo promised they will deliver yesterday and now today just sorry i am in boksburg today meaning they not coming today. My company closes today and that will mean another delay cause now we have to change address. I would like someone from buffalo to conatct me as i have another orders and it is also delayed.
