Lying Delivery Guy

I received a whatsapp saying that they will despatch my Shein goods soon. I've been waiting for my parcel since Friday (21 October 2022). The driver would say I'm 5 minutes away but doesn't call or try to find other ways to reach me. I'd wait all day for the delivery and nobody comes through. All in all, I'm not happy. I paid a great deal of money and I'm not sure if I'll receive my goods or not
