Lying buffalo drivers

Hi i made an order on Temu on the 25 th of october everrything was okay until it was time for buffalo to deliver my package they said the called me and I didn’t answer and guess what they were obviously lying because my phone was with me the whole day because i was expecting a call from them so they returned the package to the warehouse and i had to pay for the second delivery fee i paid the delivery fee and even today I’m still waiting for that order and now I’m facing that situation again with my other order their drivers **** again they said the called me again but there was no answer so i have to pay again and I’m not doing that please help me.
