Lost Shein parcel

I ordered parcel from Shein and it was supposed to be delivered by Buffalo but l never got my parcel from them l called them many times and l was being told they were investigating what happened to my parcel but stil nothing changed jow when l call no one answers ...they have bad customer service 😒
