Lost pwrcel in transit buffallo international logistics

#blackfriday So it's not long ago i wrote a review here .and bout tuesday last week i called and there's this other women she answered i told her that i haven't received my orders but they say they were delivered on the 12th of November which was sunday and sundays there are no deliveries.after she asked for my tracking number and asked if I'm kamogelo Ditsele .then i said yess.she told me that my order is lost in transit and they will send an email.i told her how i called everyday and i was told that i have received my order ....then dropped my phone .hayii after an hour i received a call from them this time it was a guy talking its after i requested a live chart with them ....and then this guy told me that they said he should tell me that I'll receive an email .i asked him when ...he told me he doesn't know.fine after two days i received an email saying my parcel was lost in transit i should call my supplier so my supplier can claim the lost parcel with them so they can give my supplier money and my supplier refunds me .damn i couldn't eventhink that they would send such an email .instead of them refunding me once and for all.i think it was the next day where by i received a refund form ...i dont knw if the refund form is for tax and vat or both my lost parcel money and also for vat .i refilled that refund form and sent it yesterday .haven't received any response.i tried to go to shein app and chart with them about my order .received an email saying i should sent the email letter of loat parcel from Buffalo logistics .I'm still waiting for my refund even now.i ordered on the 26 of october and still now havent been helped. #blackfriday
