Lost parcels that was claimed delivered but never received

Yesterday on the 12 of November i got a massage that my parcels will be delivered.surprisingly i never received any call from them.late around 17:35 i got a massage that the parcels was delivered.when i went through shain an check where the parcels were delivered an who the person received my parcels it was someone else no phone number no ID number of the person received the parcels no adress only name an signature.when i try to call buffalo number it doesn't go through.even the whatsapp number its does not help me.please buffalo im begging you where did my parcels go.i have wedding clothes on that parcels the date is near.Please help me before taking feather steps.if you dont help me x repo will do.i have all the proff that is needed
