LOST PARCELS

Buffalo logistics has lost my parcel. They are ignoring my emails and phone calls. And this is the 2nd time they lose my parcel BUFZA***YQ they are still refusing to give back my R400 refund. Now they have lost this 2nd one also BUFZA***YQ and they are ignoring me.
