Lost Parcel bad service!!!!

Still no feedback on my parcel I phoned again this week, and I was promised by Judy from Kempton Park Buffalo Logistics South Africa to be called back to confirm where my parcel is.. I'm still waiting. No one there phone you back or read the what's apps. I think they've lost my parcel. And need to refund me on the amount lost. This is pathetic service from them.. I want my money if they lost my parcel!!!!!!! They don't even care if you right a review on Hello Peter, just shows they don't care about their customers... I told the suppliers not to ever use them again if they don't want to lose customers. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
