Lost Parcel and Terrible Service from Buffalo

If I could give them -5 stars I would. Terrible, terrible service Lost my parcel and can’t get a reply from them as to where it is. Truthfully I wouldn’t even suggest this company to my enemy, they are absolutely AWFUL. Avoid them at all costs if you can!
