Lost parcel

I ordered last year December till today I haven't received my package from last,but the package shows that it was delivered to me I contacted someone from Buffalo through whatsapp they said they are investigating the matter after 5 days there's no reply at all whenever I send text no one replies anymore I want my refund or they should deliver my package because its worth R1000
