Lost/****** parcel

Awaiting 2 times parcels Customer services say they gave it to the wrong driver and now for one of the parcels it has been 2 weeks passing already. They do not give feedback. How can they take 2 weeks after scheduled delivery time to deliver a parcel in the Centre of the metropolitan Hub right behind the O.R T airport. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I think they lost or stole my parcel.
