Lost/****** Package and no Communication

I have been waiting (3months now) my parcel to be delivered off which was Order confirmed on the 23Sept till today(16Nov) I haven’t received nor any communication, when I call asking where is my parcel as it shows “Proof of Delivery Captured {ITT linehaul}” from 17Oct, they say “we’re escalating this matter, will contact you in 24-48hrs” and they never call/email me. Can call me @***/*** to confirm if I have gotten the parcel.
