Lost goods in transit

I have ordered goods from Shein in China on the 7th of October 2021,and Buffalo International Logistics is the online retail channel provider from China to South Africa ;facilitating the safe arrival of goods and dispatching them to their preferred courier company and this time they used Fastway Couriers..Unfortunately,i was told that my goods were amongst the lost items when the Fastway courier car was hijacked. BUT now both companies are sending me from pillar to post regarding the replacement.Im even more frustrated because they claim to have insurance as per their companies policies to insure goods in transit but none of them is coming forth with the concrete answer as to when am I going to get the replacement!!!
