Lost delivery

I ordered a Shein parcel a month ago last year in December it was supposed to be delivered in two weeks.l never received anything but my shein package status showed my parcel was delivered l called Buffalo logistics a couple of times and they told me my package was lost someone and they could not do anything about it . I'm so disappointed and hurt at the same time
