Loss of parcels!
These people’s communication and customer services is down what poor and Shein needs to cut ties with this ridiculous company

29 Dec 2021, 02:03I was supposed to have my parcel yesterday… I tried Email my name is Unolwazi Modupe and I tried calling buffalo several times to ask where my parcel is I understand that you do not deliver on public holidays and weekends but yesterday was not a public day nor a weekend I do not understand why buffalo and I need help on the update of my parcel

29 Dec 2021, 02:08I mean yesterday… if my parcel is not delivered today I’m afraid I will have to get a law suit against buffalo really…. I can’t have myself chasing after a delivering company I really wish shein would have just given me Armex they are quick and give proper information on parcel they are so great rather than buffalo like far better
