Lose your parcel if you not home at their precise time.

From time of placing my order to time of order been dispatched , my circumstances have changed and thus need to change residential delivery address to work delivery address, they refuse to change this. They have a route that passes my address at the time my wife is collecting children from school and refuse to change this. The agent basically said if neighbor ( i don't have) cant accept then i wont get my parcels. So i must just accept no receiving my parcel, ZERO client care. Not recommended as a courier company
