Logistic Company with no concern for customers

I have ordered a parcel before the black friday rush. My parcel has been at the Johannesburg Warehouse since 30 November 2022, every time we contact the Buffalo office they do make empty promises and do not have any concern for the person who paid a lot of money for their parcel. They disconnected their email address and the WA number provided for enquiries are never answered. I do not think they have enough resources to handle the load of orders made to Shein. Possibly the worst Logistic company with no concern for their customers even if you explain to them why you need your parcel before a certain time.
