Lies and lies and more lies

On the 7th of June my package was to be delivered and I was at home the entire day and no delivery van came, no one phoned me. I have been ordering from SheIn for over 5 years and I have not had delivery issues, now all of a sudden my address is incomplete and my phone is not working, why are they lying, who is this driver who took my order and messed my day. Why are there many people complaining about the same thing I'm complaining about. This is pathetic
