Lies after lies, parcels never delivered. Worst company ever.

After 3 weeks of being **** to and misled, I am still waiting for my parcel. Worst part is that those are spectacles and I cannot drive or work without them, meaning that I am basically non functional. I have called and sent emails no one is replying, I was told that an agent will call me back but I am still waiting until now. I really don't understand why I have to go through all this trouble to get something I paid for. Or are customers not worthy of explanations at this company?
