***** and ********!!!

I received an email notice saying my order has been deliver but no courier came to my complex to deliver the parcel. They don't call or sms to say they are on the way to your house to deliver, they have very bad service. I was not even at home and our security at the gate was going to receive the parcel on my behalf as they normally do when we are not at home. I call their call centre and had to wait for over 1hour holding to speak to an agent who told me that their Operations Manager would send me an email with the details of the courier who delivered the parcel, where they delivered it all and who they delivered the parcel to. They are ***** and ********. They must just deliver my parcel today as I have paid for it!
